The Process

How to Earn Your CE Credit

Four simple steps. We've separated CE registration from conference registration to keep things flexible — you can purchase CE credit anytime through the end of the conference.

Register & Pay

Complete the registration form on this page. You'll provide your name as it appears on your license, your license number, profession/credential, and acknowledge the attendance requirement. Pay the $35 CE fee securely via PayPal.

Attend the Conference

Join the DSI 2026 sessions you wish to earn credit for. You'll only receive credit for sessions you attend in full — partial attendance does not qualify under NBCC requirements.

Submit Optional Evaluation

Complete the optional conference evaluation form, which is administered by Do Something: Identity(ies). The link will be provided during or immediately after the conference.

Receive Your Certificate

Your certificate will be emailed to the address you provide on the registration form within 7–10 business days of C&C Resourcing receiving attendance records from DSI.

Eligibility

Who This Credit Is For

NBCC continuing education credit is most commonly accepted for licensed mental health professionals, including:

  • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC, LMHC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
  • National Certified Counselors (NCC)
  • Psychologists (varies by state)
  • Other mental health practitioners with NBCC-accepting licensure
Important: Verify with your state board.

Acceptance of NBCC CE hours varies by state and by credentialing body. Before purchasing, please confirm with your state licensing board or credentialing organization that NBCC-approved hours will count toward your specific license renewal requirements. CE fees are non-refundable once the conference has begun.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to register for the conference separately?

Yes. Conference registration is handled by Do Something: Identity(ies) at their registration page. This $35 fee is exclusively for NBCC CE credit and is paid directly to C&C Resourcing, Inc.

What if I can only attend some of the sessions?

You can still earn credit for the sessions you attend in full. The "up to 7 hours" reflects the maximum available across all qualifying sessions. Partial attendance of a session does not qualify for credit under NBCC rules. The $35 fee is flat — partial attendance does not qualify the participant for a refund or credit.

Will my state board accept NBCC hours?

NBCC-approved CE hours are widely accepted, but acceptance varies by state and license type. Please confirm with your state licensing board before purchasing. CE fees are non-refundable once the conference has begun.

When and how will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be emailed to the address you provide on the registration form within 7–10 business days of C&C Resourcing receiving attendance records from DSI.

Where do I complete the optional conference evaluation?

The evaluation is administered by C&C Resourcing, Inc. and shared by Do Something: Identity(ies). The link will be shared during the conference and immediately following each session.

Can I purchase CE credit after the conference?

CE registration closes at the end of the conference day (Friday, November 13, 2026). After that, we are unable to issue certificates for attendees who did not register for CE during the eligible window.

How is my payment processed?

Payments are processed securely through PayPal directly to C&C Resourcing, Inc. You do not need a PayPal account — PayPal accepts major credit and debit cards as a guest checkout option.

How do I get a refund?

All refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. CE fees are non-refundable once the conference has begun.

How do I make a complaint?

While we hope this never happens, here is our formal policy: Complaints must be made in writing to [email protected]. A representative will follow up on written complaints within 30 days of receiving the complaint. The following information must be included in the written complaint:

  1. The name and contact information for the person making the complaint.
  2. The name and contact information for the person or organization against which the complaint is made.
  3. A detailed written description of the dispute, complaint, or problem.
  4. Reference to the appropriate rule, standard, and/or guidelines related to the matter (if known).
  5. Copies of all related correspondence, records, and other documentation.
  6. Signature of the person making the complaint.
