DESCRIPTION

The U.S. Trans Survey was first created in 2015 to ask trans/ gender non binary adults about their experiences across multiple areas of life. Almost 28,000 people took the first survey, and over 90,000 people took the latest survey in 2022. The Health & Wellbeing report is 110 pages long. If you do not have time to read it, let Dana do that for you! Mental health, experiences with mental health providers, and substance use will be the main topics. Other topics to be discussed include happiness, life evaluation, and life satisfaction. After seven years, what if anything has changed? Are we seeing improvement in the mental health of trans/ gender non binary adults? What types of experiences are trans/ non binary adults having with mental health providers?

Hi everyone! My name is Dana M. Cea and my pronouns are she/they. I earned my doctorate degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and Administration from East Carolina University and my master's in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Qualified Supervisor. My clinical work centers around the LGBTQ+ community--specifically trans/ non binary folx; neurodivergent folx; and survivors of suicide loss. I enjoy providing online therapy services through my practice, Panacea Mental Wellness, PLLC. I am now ecstatic to offer coaching services and trainings online through C&C Resourcing, Inc.!

  • How do I get my CE certificate(s)?

    For on demand products you will complete the training then submit a quiz and survey. If you pass the quiz, a certificate will be emailed to you almost immediately. For live events you will be given a link to a survey. After receiving your survey submission, a certificate will be emailed to you within ten days.

    All refund requests must be made in writing ([email protected]). **On demand products**: Full refunds will be given for accidental duplicate purchases or for products that you have not already used. No refunds or credits will be given for products that have been started or completed. If you have a complaint, please see our policy regarding complaints. **Live products**: Registrants canceling between two weeks and two full business days prior to the first day of the event are refunded at 70% of the registration fee subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the original purchase price, including taxes and other fees. Registrants canceling less than two full business days prior to the first day of the event are refunded at 25% of the registration fee subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the original purchase price, including taxes and other fees.     While we hope this never happens, here is our formal policy: Complaints must be made in writing ([email protected]). A representative will follow up on written complaints within 30 days of receiving the complaint. The following information must be included in the written complaint: (1) The name and contact information for the person making the complaint. (2) The name and contact information for the person or organization against which the complaint is made. (3) A detailed written description of the dispute, complaint, or problem.
